Research Forum
The Precision Health Research Forum offers the opportunity to solicit feedback from a multidisciplinary team of experts representing basic medical genomics through pragmatic clinical science. The convened Precision Health Research Forum occurs monthly and is structured to facilitate dialog between the applicant and the Forum members. Forums provide a platform to strengthen logic and brainstorm approaches for new projects or discuss new directions and maturations of existing projects.
Our team of multidisciplinary experts work one-on-one with investigators to ensure precision medicine research proposals are ready for submission. Click the links below to learn more about our Grant Review Services.
This platform is for those grant proposals that may have started the writing stage, but are not close to submission. A group meeting is assembled from our team members, your suggested reviewers and any external expertise that you feel you need. Reviewers will provide written comments before the meeting, then investigator-applicants will discuss comments from reviewers during the meeting. These are scheduled flexibly and are conducted with those reviewers who are available attend.
Investigators with well-developed grant proposal seeking review and comment prior to submission may take advantage of the ICTS NIH Mock Study Section. NIH Mock Study Sections are conducted twice yearly in the same format as NIH study sections and are open to the investigator and mentors/co-investigators for observation. NIH series R, K, U, and P grants are eligible for review.
This platform is for those grant proposals that are not going to the NIH or don’t fit the ICTS NIH Mock study section timelines.
Hypothesis & Aims Review
This service is for researchers starting to formalize their proposal and want a review perspective from an established genomics investigator. We can connect you to one or two of our team members with experience and success relevant to your area of research. Investigators can get comments from the reviewer(s) to enhance the project’s foundation.
