| Please join us for the 2024 Women in Innovation & Technology (WIT) Symposium on April 11th, 9am-3:30pm CT, at the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC). Created in 2014, WIT seeks to close the gender gap in technology commercialization by empowering women academic researchers through relevant education, resources and opportunities to connect. This year’s Symposium topics will include: Pearls of Wisdom from Female Academic Entrepreneurs Women Innovating Women’s Healthcare Insights from the United States Patent and Trademark Office Patenting and Commercializing Your Idea Cultivating a Translational Mindset A dessert reception will conclude the day for additional time to mingle with peers and colleagues.
